All our products are 100% grassfed and grass finished beef. No antibiotics or added hormones. Dry -aged to perfection using local processing. Your purchase is directly supporting local farms and communities.

Buying the Beef

You can bring home grassfed and finished beef by the whole, half or quarter. We will work with you to get it processed just the way you want. Using low stress techniques, we will take animal to a local processing facility. 

When you buy a whole, half, or quarter you will be asked for a deposit that covers some of the cost. The final price will be based on the weight, which is a little different for each animal.
